Hello my name is

                        Jamie better known

                      as Miss Jamie.  I am the infant &

                    Toddler Teacher.  I have two wonderful sons

                  who are thirteen and four years of age.  My family

                 and I moved back to Alexandria March of 2007.  Where I

                 began working for Udder Angels Childcare.

 

              I have been in the childcare field since I was 13 years old.  For the

            first few years I volunteered at a childcare in Anderson, Indiana, till

           I became of age to be on staff.  I worked at this childcare till

      unfortunately, they had to close their doors.  After they closed their doors

  I worked at a church childcare where I worked for under a year.  Where at
         that time I decided to take some time off from childcare and I began a class
     where I obtained my C.N.A.  (Certified Nursing Assistant) certificate; where I
  worked in nursing homes for the next twelve years.   

 

 

                   March of 2007 is when I moved my family to Alexandria and I had quit

                 my job with the nursing home to come back to the early childhood field.  

               I am now enrolled at IVY Tech State College to earn my CDA, (Child

             Development Associate) credential and then I will continue on my early

            childhood education with my Early Childhood Associate’s Degree. Working

           with children has always been my passion, I love teaching.  It would be

         my honor to care for your child the best of my ability.  I look forward to

        meeting you.
